Talabify helps businesses manage their products and customer orders through a comprehensive online platform. Features include catalog management, order tracking, WhatsApp integration (optional), and multi-language support.
Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Talabify operates on a subscription model, billed annually unless otherwise stated at checkout. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers including Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
A free trial period may be offered to new users. Continued use of the platform after the trial period requires a paid subscription. No charges are made during the trial period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time beyond the 7-day refund window.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date. To request a refund, contact us at info@karamci.com. Refund requests submitted after 7 days will not be honored.
You agree not to use Talabify for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. This includes but is not limited to: distributing malicious content, infringing on intellectual property rights, or violating the rights of other users.
We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary interruptions. We will notify users in advance of planned maintenance when possible.
Karamci Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
